Q1: Do you sell NEW or USED miner?
A1: We sell both original brand new or used miner.

Q2: How you Guarantee the miners are GOOD before shipping?
A2: For every miner before shipping we will have a strict test and take a video of test to send to customer for confirm.

Q3: Who could provide the warrenty service?
A3: If it is within the warrenty period,the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it.If it is out of warrenty,we will provide paid maintenance service.

Q4: What’s the Payment Mode?
A4: We mainly T/T bank transfer or USDC(Coinbase).All products listedon our website are priced in US Dollars.


Q5: I don’t have coinbase account.

Coinbase commerce is the payment system that we use to take crypto currency payment. Access to Coinbase help center https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/getting-started We have the availability to take all of the well known cryptocurrency coins BTC BCH USDC ETH LTC. Note: Coinbase only supports USDC running on Ethereum (ERC-20).

The payments can be made from any wallet on any platform as long as you have enough crypto.

Note: any payments from bsc or bep20 will be LOST please use another withdrawal method. Any checkout will have a thrity minute timer the payment will need to be made at this time. Any failed payment please keep your txid and contact support.


Q6: How to process with Overpaid?
A6: Please send support ticket and provide Coinbase code, order number and refund address, refund will be received within ten working days.

Q7: What is your shipping methods?
A7: We mainly use DHL,FedEx,EMS or the shipping agent as you request.

Q8: May I ask you to send the miner to my own agent in China?

Q9: Can I cancel or change my order?
A9: All sales are final.No refunds will be granted.Defective miners can be repaired for free if they fall under the warrenty policy.After the warranty period,machines can be repaired at the cost of parts and labor.

Q10: What’s the value declaration for the usual shipping invoice?
A10: We can always help you by declaring low valued invoice to help reduce the taxes and risk at the customs.If in case of any special requirement please contact us and update us before shipment

Q14: What to do after receive the miner?
A14: Conduct a preliminary inspection of miner before operation:
Check whether the appearance of the miner is deformed or damaged, check fan and connect wire as well.
Checkwhether miner has abnormal noise, and observe whether there are any radiating fins falling off.
If you find any above situation, please take photo first and contact customer service.
REMARK: Do not disassemble the miner by yourself. The miner is affixed with anti-disassembly label. The miner immediately loses warranty service while user disassemble without any permission.
